Ghana’s Youngest Chartered Accountant, Solomon Kekeli Semavor

Mr Solomon Kekeli Semavor is currently the youngest Chartered Global Management Accountant in Ghana. He is also the 11th youngest in Africa. The  Chartered Institute of Management Accountants(CIMA) course is rumoured to be the toughest accountancy course globally. This brings no surprise as a CIMA Chartered accountant earns the designation “Chartered Global Management Account” (CGMA).

His early life saw him sail through the Cambridge A-Level with 3A’s in Economics, Accounting and Business Studies in Alpha Beta Christian College (Dansoman-Accra). At this time, his elder brother was achieving great heights in the CIMA course thus he was inspired by him to follow suit. He began CIMA while in lower 6 and cleared all 5 Certificate level papers thus attaining a certificate in Business Accounting even before entering the university.

He continued to Kings University College (Weija-Accra) where he combined his CIMA studies with his first degree in Business Administration and also being the Student’s Representative Council President. It wasn’t a walk in the park but his firm Belief and dedication to God made him see success in his endeavours. Also, his brother attaining the highest marks in the CIMA papers nationwide not only pushed him into the course but fueled his pursuit of gold.

Currently, he is aged 21 and holds an undergraduate degree from Kings University College alongside achieving this great feat in such a difficult course. He is also into part-time Christian ministry with the core intention of bringing a revival to the nations of Africa and the World at Large. Furthermore, he is the president of Kingdom of God Foundation which has successfully built an orphanage to the glory of God.
